Ken has a long history adapting his fitness to endurance sports such as Rowing, Triathlon, Cycling and Speed Record Attempts. At the 2015 Human Powered Speed Challenge Ken set a new British record of 75.03mph as part of the University of Liverpool's Arion1 Project. He plans to return in 2016 as part of the Arion2 project to go even faster. He has a passion for coaching and loves to help people get on their bikes and ride faster. Buckley Performance Coaching offers a full range of services, all overseen by Ken himself.
